Scouts in Alabama

Hey you great Scouters in Alabama,

I am just passing thru your great state, and was wondering what is the
Scout place off I-459 in Birmingham, looked like off Liberty parkway?

Looked like there was a Statue of Liberty (with torch burning) and
a beautiful Scout building.
