Can he wear the recruiter strip on his Boy Scout
>uniform?

This is one of the few patches that can be worn on all of the uniforms
he may ever wear in BSA. My son earned his as a Tiger, and his Cub
Master at the time researched it and made a big deal over the
"permanence" of this patch. It is a great encouragement to the boys
when they realise they can wear it for a long long time.
