I finally remembered to bring a copy to work, so I'll help out with the
quote. From page 23 of the Guide for Officers and Advisors, under the
heading "Announcement of results" is the following sentence:
"As soon as the election is completed, the unit leader may choose to
announce to the entire unit the names of members who have been elected."
