OA Pocket Patch question

Tonight at RT, I heard something very disturbing. It seems that our
Lodge or Chapter has just instituted a policy that _Ordeal_ members
_may_not_ wear the pocket flap. They, instead, wear a different patch.
I find this very disturbing, for several reasons. But I am curious if
anyone from any other Council or Lodge knows of this practice.
