Fires and NM Scout Camps

Does anyone here know how the Scout Camps in New Mexico are dealing with
the extreme fire danger this year. (If you've missed the news, New Mexico
had 3 major fires in April and May, with fire season usually beginning in
June).

I am specifically interested in Philmont (since lots of people go there)
and Camp Frank Rand ("my" camp as a youth and young adult), but the other
camps in New Mexico, and other dry states, would be of interest.
