"Blue Star" postings

Hi Folks!
In the past, we have been getting postings here about this "Blue Star"
tattoo with some kind of drug laced with it. Can someone here please
tell me (and Kyna Hendra) if this is true and we should be concerned
about this; or if this is another "urban legend" which gets communicated
at about the same frequency as the "Craig Sherwood" postcard thing.
In particular, another "Mike" responded with some information, and it
wasn't me nor Mike ("Professor Beaver") Bowman...if you have any
information for ALL of us here, please post it here so that we can ALL
benefit from the information.
