Our Troop, although not particularly large at the moment (31 Scouts)
operates with an Advancement Subcommittee. Basically, the
adult leaders with the most interest, and familiarity in the advancement
program are a part of this subcommittee, and one committee
member is designated as the chairman, responsible for
coordination of efforts.
Although we have 31 Scouts in the Troop, the Troop committee
membership stands at 18 registered adults... All individuals with an
assigned responsibility!
