Read the section in the TroopMaster manual dealing with keeping
attendance records. When you create an activity, you can place a
default "amount" in one of the fields. When you actually edit an
attendance session, you can overide this default, thus crediting
different Scouts with different hours of participation or days.
Its quite easy, and the manual explains it well....
