Sounds like it is time for national to (or for all of us to press national
to) reinforce the outdoor code. the third "C" of the outdoor code is to
"Be Considerate in the Outdoors" The current BSA outdoor poster (T33689
on Page LI 4 of the '96 BSA Catalog) needs to be modified to include "I
will remember that I share the outdoors with others. I will be as courteous
as possible and keep noise down when I am around other campers and hikers."
Knowledge off the code is a webelos requirement so we can start educating
them when they are young and always lead be example as they grow.
