The only "rule" is that you may only wear ONE at a time, and whatever you
choose to wear must NOT exceed the dimensions of the right pocket.
This means that he can wear ANY temporary patch, regardless of unit in
which he or she earned, received or purchased it.
So, the Scouter that has received the International Activity Patch from another
unit, and wishes to wear it in your unit, may do so.
