You shouldn't be afraid of training, especially if you have a good training
program like our council does. It's there to provide help to you.
I went through Cubmaster training a few years ago, Scoutmaster training last
year, I am on Roundtable staff and will be going to Den Leader basic training
this Saturday. (BTW I have 4 kids so it's not like I have alot of free time
I wouldn't be going to training if it wasn't worth it to me).
