That seems like a good price on that product. FWIW, I spent ten day is a
timberline at the last Canadian Jamboree, and it poored rain for 9 out of
those 10. We stayed quite comfortable and dry. (Although we did add a
plasticized tarp on the wettest of days).
My own tent is a Kelty Domelite, but it was more than those you quoted.
I have no experience with the others.
