J-Scouts down temporarily

My apologies to the list at large, but I wanted to get word to those
who subscribe to J-Scouts (Jewish Scouting list) that the server has
crashed but hopefully will be back up later this week. That may be
the reason you haven't received any holiday greetings from your
co-subscribers.
