Marty.. I say this in all honesty... it seems like an excellent program
is being offered to many boys so why get hung up over a lousy patch...
really... you know you are quality... your boys know you are quality....

and it sounds like someone else is jealous of your quality..

side note... last year my son's troop was not awarded the Quality Unit
patch because our re-registration fee was paid two day (yes I said 2)
late... we turned this into a running joke ... and we made sure that
when we went to camp-o-ree that they KNEW what a quality Unit really was
and how they could perform....

I think back to the Wizard of Oz.... like the Lion and courage...
having or not having the lousy piece of over priced cloth does nto say
who or what you really are...

keep up the good work......
