I am sorry that a Troop can contain boys that perform the acts
described. We have all talked about Youth Protection. Now is the time
to act. Olan - you need to go back to the poster, find out his leaders
district, and council and report the post to them. The council MUST
take it from there. These actions, the bragging of the poster, and the
example it sets to other scouts can not be condoned. We cannot stand by
and say "Tisk Tisk". I someone knows the poster and would prefer not
to report this send me a private e-mail and I will report the posting.
