Gosh, I don't know where you would appeal...I lead a Daisy Girl Scout
(5-6 year olds in Kindergarten) troop and my co-leader is a man (and has
been a great contributor, often developing projects himself)....
Next year, we hope to turn our Daisies into a Brownie troop...if my
"Dream Team" materializes we will have 4 leaders (myself, my current
co-leader, an active mom from our troop and a friend of mine who went up
to Cadette as a girl and can contribute a more traditional scouting
voice). I can't imagine a council that has so many involved women that
they can turn down male volunteers, yours must be a very lucky area!
