Advancement to Eagle

Our unit is about to have our first Eagle Scout. Help! What special
arrangements do I need to make for this as far as Board of Review
goes? Once he passes and the application is submitted, are there any
special people that should be notified? What about ideas for the
program for the Court of Honor? Really, any suggestions, words of
wisdome, etc., that you can provide would be appreciated.
