When he crosses to Boy Scouts, he is still entitled to wear the knot
for the religious award. He wears a miniature device (tiny Cub Scout
emblem) on the knot to indicate he earned it as a Cub Scout. If he
goes on to earn the religious award for Boy Scouts, he adds a miniature
device (tiny Boy Scout emblem) to the knot to indicate that level of
award. He wears only one youth religious award knot.
The statement that Arrow of Light is the only thing carried over is
wrong. There are also knots for heroism, life-saving, etc. that carry
over. There may even be a couple more that I'm forgetting about.
