He will keep one knot and wear a small device (Cub Scout Logo) to
signify his Light of Christ, when he earns his Parvuli Dei he gets to
wear another Cub Scout Device. When he crosses over to
Boy Scouts he wears his religous knot and his Arrow of light
patch. ( he gets to wear the AOL knot when he becomes an adult-
here we go again on another youth-adult thread <VBG>) When he
earns his Ad Altare Dei he gets to wear a Boy Scout device along
with the two Cub Scout devices on the same knot.

Yes the religous knot being one, (Heroism being one any others?)
