Yep, there sure is.
It is called "1995-97 Boy Scout Requirements", and the BSA stock number
is 33218. The book is designed to allow Scouts and Scouters access to
ALL of the requirements for ALL of the Scouting badges awarded at the
Troop/Team level, as well as several national awards.
It's available from your Council Service Center, the Scout Shops {tm},
and from the National Distribution Center toll-free.
