Sure there are quite a few of us out here, and we have many of the same
conceerns as the Boy Scouts. Just insert the word "girl" and the problems
reamin the same. Any questions of your own, just ask away and they will
help. Great bunch!

Our troop is going to sell the Gold C books in the fall.
We also make good money cleaning up the football stadium at the high
school, although we certainly earn it, especially on homecoming week.
We also help at our local city festival.
One troop did a craft fair day. I think admission was $5.00 and the
younger scouts all came home with 4 complete crafts, done in stations in a
couple hours.
One troop sold sweatshirts and t-shirts with a GS design they designed and
had printed.
They also had a sub sale.
Spaghetti dinners usually go over well, if advertised properly, and the
ingredients are mostly donated.
We figure we will sell bottles of water at our 4th of July parade.
How's that for a start?

Haven't been there. Don't want to go. Don't need another t-shirt!
