Adult Religious awards?

My son Devin just finished his interview for his religious knot. At a
recent basic training this came up in discussion and the question was ask
was there a award for the parents, they thought it was called Mentor? In
addition to the above can a adult leader earn a religious knot as a
leader?

P.S. I talk about my son often here in this forum, I would also like to
mention my daughter, a Junior Girl Scout has also finished here interview
for her religious award. I might add at no prompting of her parents or
leaders, well done Martina.
