Nope. I said "MAY", as in " a local COUNCIL MAY" allow those adult partners
to wear the adult service star in connection with their participation. Some
local Councils do. Others do not.
My exact wording is the following:
"The Tiger Cub service star is just for the youth member. You,
however, may be able to wear a one-year pin with a blue backing
for your adult "partnership" with the Tiger Cub."

Check with your Council, Pete...there are some that will allow you to do so,
since you AND the youth are partners in the program. The call as to whether
you can or not is NOT a national decision; it is rather a local Council
decision, as they determine the tenure of all members of their Council on
behalf of the national organization.
