Unless there is one that went into effect 1, January that I don't know about
(possible). This is a county Law not a state law. I run EMS in Prince William
County and we have not been able to get the law passed in our county. Also some
counties only require the helmet up to age 13. It was my understanding that BSA
was going to require them.
