Explorer Woodbadge

I don't know if "Explorer" woodbadge courses still exist, but there are
still Sea Explorer Woodbadge courses being taught. The Gulfstream Council
(south florida) has put on a few Seabadge courses for Sea Scouts in the
last few years.
