Note that in the few cases where councils offer their own woodbadge, the
course number also is different. My course was simply 82-33 (82 being
the council number) although I understand that the region, for record
keeping purposes, also assigns a region number to the course which (much
like the national unit number) never appears anywhere except in those
records.
