The Tiger Cub service star is just for the youth member. You,
however, may be able to wear a one-year pin with a blue backing
for your adult "partnership" with the Tiger Cub.

Any of the service stars that you have earned for service as a Tiger Cub,
Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity Scout or Explorer.
Some local Councils may allow former/present Girl Scouters to wear
service stars for their adult service.
You either wear service stars for each part of the Scouting
program or blue-backed service star(s) denoting total Scouting
experience (youth and adult).
Hope that helps!
