IF BSA establishes a WEB page, I can think of some content that
would be every bit worth that $40,000 figure that has been mentioned....

What content? ...you ask. How about a searchable database containing
the Eagles names, dates, units, earned since the beginning.

If any of you have gone to Dallas, and spent time looking up Eagles
on their hard copy printouts and old register books, you know that
a searchable database would be great!!!
