Re: Mutiple Registration Questions

I just do not agree with Mike's reading of this rule. Having been to
Philmont and Sea Base with co-ed crews, each of which had one male and
one female adult leader, I find it hard to believe that BSA makes a
rule and then breaks it at its premier facilities. I believe that
the rule means on co-ed trips, one where there is a female scout and
a male scout there must be a male adult and female adult. I believe
the reading of two male adults and two female adults is just not right.
But as commissioner of this council, I admit embarassment at my ignorance
concerning this most important of rules and my own possible breaking of
them.
