Not neccessarily. For instance, Troop 000 and Post 999 could

There you go! Good point. By the way, Janice and Vince aren't
married. Janice works FOR Vince, whom owns the largest cable
television and pager communication firm in the area.
If Troop 000 and Post 000 have two SEPARATE CHARTERS, then there
IS that possibility that both can be CORs (CRs) of two separate
units chartered to the same "parent". However, in reality, this
doesn't happen too often, unless the two are really far apart from
each other distance-wise (as in different Districts) and there's
an agreement that someone signs the paperwork for BOTH units.

and your thoughts on the matter...you're right at home! I may
disagree with you (or anyone else, for that matter!), but here
is a place where we respect everyone's ability to find out the
answers and to report it here, so that Utah (the person that asked
the question) can "sift through it all" and have SEVERAL answers
to his question, not just *pounding on desk* THIS IS THE WAY IT
IS...DON'T LIKE IT? TOUGH!"

Yep. I was wondering when someone was going to catch *that*.
I was hoping that folks would have concentrated on that fact
rather than the "CR and primary leadership" point which in my
dated stuff here says one thing, and in Kathie's more current
stuff (and the course she just taught three weeks ago) is something else.

Yep. Not just your own, Rob, but LOTS of units and their
professional support teams are ignoring this in the interest of
"getting more units onboard".
