None of the Troops I am associated with is 86 years old but I do know that
some of the Troops in my councils are close.
Troop 307 in Susquehanna Council (Sunbury Pa)
Troop 1 in Chester County Council
Chester County may have a few others also. Both troops above had 75-80 year
veteran strips last time I saw them.
