Weather Cancellations

My home Troop's motto is "Weather (sic) it rains, sleets, or snows, Troop 304
always goes, shows, and shines." And we have done a pretty good job of
living up to that motto. I know of only one weather related cancellation and
that was during the Blizzard of 93. But we use common sense, modify our
activities if necessary, and always are prepared.
