It was mentioned in the Jan-Feb issue of Scouting on page 6, with the
order form on page 41.
There are two patches in fact, one for unit leaders whose units are %100
Boys' Life and the second available to all BSA members, but limited to a
total run of 15,000 only.
I've already told my DE that I'm expecting mine soon after the March 1
release.
