Pack 56, New River District of the Blue Ridge Mountains Council, pays the
annual $7 fee for each registered Scouter in the Pack. This is built in to
the budget and is an expense covered by annual Cub dues ($28.00), popcorn
proceeds, and Bowl-A-Thon. This has been done for at least the past four
years (since I started as an Asst. Webelos Den Leader for my older son).
