Dutch Oven Receipe

Once again I am having to put on another cooking demo. This time I am presenting
the program for Roundtable tomorrow night.
Everyone that has eaten Dan OCanna's D.O. Roast or Ralph Romig's convection oven
turkey has raved about them (the problem is too mant people have had them
before).
I plan to do both of these, but wanted to try something new. I just had a
thought this morning that D.O. spare ribs would be neat, only problem is I
don't have time to devise the process myself. Has anyone had any luck
cooking ribs in a Dutch Oven. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
