Who pays for leaders

I would like to see how many units (Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Explorers, Girl
Scouts, etc.) pay the annual rechartering for their adult leaders. If you
would send e-mail direct to me, I'll compile the results and let the list
know in a few days what I learn.
This question came to me as the Unit Commissioner of a Cub Pack from the
Cub Master and his Committee Chairman last night as we were going over his
Packs rechartering paperwork.
