Jan,
Brrrrr. :-) No Scouter around the virtual campfire can truely be cold
with all the warmth of friendship there. But it sounds like you are
definitely finding a bit of chill. :-( Years ago we faced a similar
situation in an Indiana blizzard when we ran out of oil for our furnace.
We did some brainstorming while patting hands and stomping feet. My
little brother suddenly remembered that at the hardware store it was
always really warm where they display all of the lights. Well we moved
all kinds of lamps into the kitchen loading the circuit up to the amp
load it could support. In short order we had a passably cozy and
bright room. The electric company loved us no doubt.
