No, don't retest, but on the skills the board can certainly ask how the
skill can be used, how the Scout would change how it's being taught, and
even if the skill is relevant. Example: Semaphore.
How did you like learning semaphore?
How long did it take?
Did you do it in a large group or just three of you?
How would you teach it?
Where do you think semaphore might come in handy in Scouting? Outside
of Scouting?
Do you think it's an important skill to learn?
