Asst Dist Commissioners are the recruiting and support arm for unit
commissioners. Unit commissioners attend roundtables to show support
to the unit leaders to whom they are responsible for brining the
support.
A good ADC, like a good SM, sits quietly by while others do the
program. Remember, the RT commissioner and staff are in charge here,
you are just an onlooker.
