If the regulation is meaningless, takes away from the program, or just
plain nit-picking I say yes. If we all learned to ignore things that
really don't matter, life would be a lot simplier. Look how
we took a simple code of life like the 10 commandments and built
librairies of regulations around them. Look what our own government
did to the constitution and bill of rights. I even doubt if Baden
Powell would recognize the body or regulations that has grown up
around Boy Scouts.

I have made it my determined objective not to grow up! I only have to
look at the mess the adults make of their own lives and others to know
that I don't want to be one. Look around the world and see what the
adults have done. Is this anything we want to sell to the kids? Is
this what it means to be grown up?
