Larry, the definitive word may be found when filling the fundraising
paperwork out before you submit it to your local ouncil for
approval. The rules are on the back if I remember correctly. The
uniform wearing has to do with the idea that the Scouts in uniform
are BSA. The BSA/Scouts in uniform is endorsing a particular product.
No labels visible, I would be tempted to look at what you are doing
as a public service. WOW, Scouts doing public service!!!!
