I do not know if the GSUSA has a similar statement of Aims and Methods.
Perhaps other GSUSA leaders online can provide an answer?
The Methods used by BSA to acheive the Aims of Scouting
1. Ideals (Oath, Scout Law, etc.,...)
2. Patrol Method
3. Outdoor Program
4. Advancement Program
5. Adult Association (Positive Role Models)
6. Personal Growth - Good Turn, Religious Programs, Service
7. Leadership Development
8. Uniforms
