Incorrect wearing of palms...

A couple of days ago, I understood a parent to say that his son had 15 merit
badges beyond Eagle and he wore THREE palms. He is entitled to wear the
Silver Palm in that instance. My reply was limited to that specific instance
- nothing else. I added the following:

Rick, how could you draw such an erroneous conclusion from my statement? My
response was solely directed to the wearing of palms improperly.
Steve, you, too, have expanded the subject far beyond my reply.

Are you suggesting that it is not a problem as long as most people ignore
the regulations?

I thoroughly enjoy the one I have. My suggestion to you, since you appear to
rely on kids for your delightful wit, is: grow up!
