During my Cub leader years, I was always sensitive to Pack familys'
financial burdens. The first thing I noticed in your posting was no mention
of a fund raiser or boys earning their dues. Is a Pack fundraiser feasible
to reduce the families out-of-pocket costs? How about cutting expenses-look
for free outings rather than outings to places charging admission. Might be
better than losing a boy. If only one or two boys are at risk due to cost,
is it possible to arrange some chores to allow the boys to earn their dues?
