This was mentioned in a recent SCOUTING mag blurb. Can anyone give us
any information on it? Requirements, etc?
I've been to the Scout Center, but apparently the Scouter who has custody
of this information is on vacation. The next TC meeting is coming up, so
I thought I'd ask the experts. <G>
