Well I guess it's time for me to put my two cents worth into this discussion.
In this council, Great Trail, we try to keep our DMBC lists as up to date as
possible. We send out letter at least once every two years and ask if they
are still interested in doing the MB's that they are registered for. Plus
you do know that they have to be registered with the District as a MB
counselor? If they loose that registration, they come off the list. Of
course this makes a lot of work for the Advancement Chairmen in each
District, but what else do we do to earn our pat :-)
By the way it helps with sending out the letter, if all the counselors are
kept on a good data base. Of course it makes it easier to administer that
list too.
