I whole heartedly agree about merit badge classes not being taught AT troop
meetings.
But how do people feel about a class being taught by a
counselor...outside of troop meetings?
I am thinking of merit badges such as first aid or emergency preparedness
which might lend themselves to a group of scouts taking it at one time
with a counselor.
