YES, you can volunteer and there are probably several BSA camps that would
be glad
to have you on their staffs!
Check with the Camping Director at the National Capitol Area Council,
located in Bethesda, MD, about working at their "high (outdoor) adventure
camp" located in
the hills of northwestern Virginia. The Goshen Scout Reservation has
several camps and this is the time of year that they are looking for
additional staffers.
