This has nothing to do with your co-leader, other than the fact this needs
to be discussed and you both need to decide how to handle this, and follow
through. Some kids may come around, some kids will never come around.
So, it's time to make a phone tree. You call one girl (a real
responsible one helps), she calls two, and they each call half of the
remainder of the group. Have them report back to you with the number coming.
