I think that the SPL and the Scout (YPP only forbids ADULT one on one
contact, I think) try to talk outside of the Scouting framework - at school,
playing hoop, something like that - and emphasize the positive history of the
Scout and how it would be so much more helpful to the troop and the community
for him to use his talents rather than
waste them.
